Plowing, shoveling, ice management, brine, mailbox clearing and markers — each one written into your agreement and performed when conditions call for it.

Residential Snow Plowing

Get out of your driveway without shoveling first.

Plowing uses a standard 2" trigger, subject to your signed agreement and actual conditions — with slush, freezing rain or a hard overnight drop we may service under 2" when safety calls for it.

What to expect
  • Initial, additional and cleanup passes when storm conditions and your contracted scope warrant them
  • Snow is pushed to the sides or other practical areas on site
  • Edges may be left short to protect curbing, lawn and landscaping
  • Driveways must be clear of vehicles at the time of service

Walkway Shoveling

Optional. Selected areas, cleared by hand.

Standard shoveling covers the area in front of garage doors that a truck plow cannot safely reach, plus one designated path to an entrance. Additional walkways, stairs, secondary entrances, decks or patios are quoted separately.

What to expect
  • Standard scope: garage fronts plus one designated entrance path
  • Additional areas must be quoted and listed in your agreement
  • Accumulation pricing: 1–5″ standard rate, 5–10″ at 1.5x, 10–15″ at 2x
  • Storms over 15″ may be billed in additional increments
  • Deicing is separate unless specifically included

Ice Management

Optional. Condition-based, never automatic.

Treatment is applied when we determine it will actually help — based on forecast, temperature, precipitation type, timing, remaining moisture or ice and refreeze risk. It is not performed before or after every storm.

What to expect
  • Salt is the normal residential treatment; sand is not a standard part of residential work
  • Applied only to the surfaces specified in your agreement
  • Salt works slowly below roughly 15°F
  • No treatment makes a surface ice-free — caution is still required

Liquid Brine Applications

Optional. Applied before select storms.

Brine laid down before a storm reduces how strongly snow and ice bond to pavement, which makes plowing more effective. It is used for major storms, icy events and extreme cold — not before every snowfall.

What to expect
  • Most useful on steep, shaded or chronically icy driveways
  • Applied only to the surfaces specified in your agreement
  • Product and application method are selected for the surface and current conditions
  • Reduces bonding; snow will still accumulate until plowed

Mailbox Clearing

Optional add-on.

Mailbox clearing is not part of standard plowing. When it is on your agreement, the mailbox area is cleared during our visit.

What to expect
  • Must be selected — operators do not hand-clear mailboxes otherwise
  • If town plows push snow back afterward, a return visit is billed separately
  • Otherwise, mailbox access remains the homeowner's responsibility

Snow Marker Installation

Optional. Installed in fall. Markers are yours to keep.

Reflective markers show operators where the driveway edge, lawn and obstacles are once everything is under snow. You are welcome to install your own instead.

What to expect
  • Installed before the first major snowfall
  • Markers purchased through 603 become your property and are not collected
  • Checked and reset through the winter
  • Placed along driveway edges, turnarounds and side parking
  • Markers reduce the risk of turf and edging damage but cannot eliminate it

Priority Access

Add an agreed completion deadline to Complete Coverage or Custom Coverage.

Upgrade, not a plan

An upgrade for hard deadlines

Because life doesn't always follow the weather.

Priority Access is a premium scheduling upgrade you add to Complete Coverage or Custom Coverage. It is for customers who already know the property has to be finished by a certain time after qualifying storms — an early shift, a nurse or first-responder schedule, school runs, travel or business hours. It is the only way we agree on a completion deadline. If you request it during proposal review, we confirm capacity and contact you personally to establish that deadline.

The commitment covers the contracted, storm-appropriate services for that stage of the storm. Services that are not on your agreement are not covered by it, and the upgrade is only confirmed once capacity in your area allows it.

Scheduled Priority Access is not the same as an unexpected emergency or expedited request. Those are never guaranteed, depend on crew availability, road conditions, travel restrictions, property accessibility and safe access, and are priced individually if we accept them.

How Pricing Works

Priority Access requires us to plan the season and route around your agreed completion deadline, including possible route detours.

Priority Access is approved and priced individually. Pricing depends on the property, the agreed completion deadline, route impact and available capacity, and it is confirmed in your written proposal. No public price or multiplier applies. When Priority Access is added to Complete Coverage, the increase applies only to plowing, exactly as specified in the proposal.

Your agreed deadline becomes part of our seasonal route plan.

Coverage on its own remains route-based without a promised arrival or completion time. The Priority Access upgrade is the choice for an agreed completion deadline.

Seasonal agreements

Put it all under one seasonal agreement

Complete Coverage and Custom Coverage are the two ways to cover the services above for the whole winter.

Complete & Custom Seasonal Agreements

Both are seasonal winter agreements. Complete includes our full standard winter program. Custom lets you choose the specific surfaces and services on your agreement.

Once enrolled, your property remains under our care for the entire winter. We monitor conditions and perform each service included in your agreement whenever weather and property conditions warrant it. You never need to call to activate service, confirm you are on the route, or request routine treatment. Selected services are performed when conditions call for them — not necessarily during every visit; salt, liquid pretreatment or post-treatment included in your coverage is used when our experienced team determines conditions warrant it.

What to expect
  • Both are seasonal agreements for the whole winter — there is no on-call service
  • Complete: our full standard winter program for one fixed seasonal rate
  • Custom: choose the surfaces and services written into your agreement
  • Complete: a fixed seasonal price divided into 10 equal biweekly installments from November through March; Custom: billed for the approved services actually completed, invoiced after each completed service visit

Setting expectations

What is included, and what is not

Straight from our service agreement, so there are no surprises in February.

Every service except plowing is optional

Plowing is the base service. Shoveling, salting and sanding, brine, mailbox clearing and markers are each selected individually and confirmed in writing.

If a service is not listed on your agreement, it is not performed. Adding something mid-season is possible as scheduling allows.

Timing and route order

Crews mobilize once snowfall stops, day or night, and work the active service list in route order. Standard service does not carry a guaranteed arrival or completion time — the Priority Access upgrade is the only way to set an agreed clearing deadline.

  • Routes run in a set order for efficiency — we cannot give exact arrival times
  • Storms over roughly 6 inches may get additional passes during the event
  • Travel bans, blizzard conditions or breakdowns can delay service; we tell you when that happens
What we do not clear
  • Roofs, decks and patios unless agreed at sign-up
  • Hauling or relocating snow piles off-site
  • Ice caused by roof runoff, drainage issues or refreeze
  • Hand shoveling of unsafe or steep areas
  • Around trailers, dumpsters, firewood, toys or stored equipment
  • Gravel, new asphalt and decorative surfaces, due to damage risk
Municipal push-back and refreeze

Town plows may push snow back into your driveway or against your mailbox after we have serviced it. We cannot prevent that, and we do not return for municipal push-back after a completed service unless your approved proposal specifically provides for it.

Melting and overnight refreeze, shaded areas and roof runoff can create ice even after service. Treatment reduces it; nothing eliminates it.

What we need from you
  • Move vehicles and obstacles before the storm — blocked areas are skipped and the visit is still billed
  • Mark fragile items, or add markers to your agreement
  • Save non-urgent questions for after the storm so crews stay focused
  • Call right away for a true emergency, such as blocked medical access
How it works

    Send your address and what you need cleared. It takes about two minutes and there is no obligation.

    Property evaluation

    We look at your driveway, slope, surface, turnarounds and where snow can safely be stacked, so the agreement fits your home rather than a template.

  3. 03

    Sign your service agreement

    You receive a written scope with property-specific pricing listing exactly what is included. Complete uses a fixed seasonal price; Custom is billed for the approved services actually completed. You sign once, before the season, and nothing is scheduled until you approve it.

  4. 04

    We monitor the weather

    Forecasts are tracked days out and conditions are watched hour by hour. You do not have to call, text, email or check in.

  5. 05

    We take it from there

    When conditions reach your agreed trigger, your property is serviced in route order. Only the services in your agreement are performed, and each one is used when its own conditions call for it — not necessarily on every visit.

You never need to request service during a storm. Enrolled customers are already on the route.
