Custom is invoiced immediately after each completed service visit, for the approved services completed during that visit. Selected treatments are performed whenever conditions warrant them, not necessarily during every visit.
Standard service is completed according to efficiently planned storm routes. For customers who require service by an agreed time—or need the option to request time-sensitive priority service—Priority Access may be added to either coverage option.

Once enrolled, your property remains under our care for the entire winter. We monitor conditions and perform each service included in your agreement whenever weather and property conditions warrant it. You never need to call to activate service, confirm you are on the route, or request routine treatment. Conditions can change throughout a storm, so routes and service decisions adjust as the weather develops.
You don’t need to measure your driveway or know which services you need. That is what the property review is for.

Properties, routes, equipment, materials and crews are planned months ahead by people who have spent years clearing residential driveways in these towns. Routes are engineered around responsible service capacity — not the maximum possible number of driveways.
Our goal is not to accept every property. It is to reliably service every property we accept.

“I hired them for snow plowing and I couldn’t be happier. They are #1 in communication and customer service. Super reliable and upfront about what to expect with each storm. Businesses that put the customer before the dollar sign are very rare these days. And they deserve each and every (very fair) dollar they charge! They have a customer for life with me.”
“We had gone through a number of different plow people, who varied in their reliability of coming and cleaning and whether they did a careful job. We switched last year — it is so professional, there is a contract, you get text updates on what the plan is for any particular storm, and if you have concerns they address them right away. We couldn’t be happier!”
“I have had multiple plow services throughout the years. Each of them has either never properly completed the job or never shown up during a storm. This is the only company that I've found to be reliable, transparent, and communicative. I have a tricky driveway and the team has cleaned it perfectly each storm. Highly recommend!!”
“Chris and his plow drivers are always here on time and do a careful job with our plowing! We really appreciate their hard work. Chris is easy to communicate with, and always makes sure we know what to expect for the coming season, and the coming storm. Highly recommended.”
“Thank you for excellent plowing (and shoveling). Great reliability and excellent communication with your customers!! Helps make winter bearable when I don't have to worry about storm cleanup!”
“I just started using them this year. I couldn’t be happier. I was nervous when they also offered shoveling but they do a better job than I do. I wasn’t expecting that! Customer for life!”
“Chris and his team do an amazingly fantastic job that is definitely not always easy, especially on our steep and short driveway. Chris's email communication is top notch and I love all the details.”
“They do a terrific job!!!! They keep us up to date about the coming storms and progress during the storms. This is my second year with them and as long as they are offering their services, we will hire them to plow our house next year!!!!”
“I found a gem. They are a very reliable and honest company. I also can’t say enough good things about their customer service and communication skills. Others could take lessons from them. I would highly recommend them.”
“This is the first season I've used Chris for snow removal. It was the right choice. Everyone has been very professional and courteous.”
“They come when they say are coming and they do a great job. What else can you ask for?”
“I recommend them for snow plowing — very prompt and they do what they say they are going to do.”
“Great service and real time communication! Would highly recommend.”
“My first year with them and I am absolutely thrilled with the service I received. In addition to the plowing, I like the way they bill and I particularly like the way they communicate with us via email to let us know what to expect during storm season. I give them five stars and two thumbs up.”
“Chris and his crew do an outstanding job plowing. The communication is top notch and they do an excellent job. This is my second year with them and definitely one of the best contractors we have worked with. Thanks for all you do!”
“Excellent communication — timely response — always great job.”
“Customer service and communication has been outstanding. Quality and dependability top notch.”
“A job well done, professional and respectful.”
Routes are intentionally planned in advance. Once a route reaches responsible capacity, enrollment for that area may close. Send your address for a property review, and your proposal will show Complete and Custom coverage, property-specific pricing, and Priority Access availability.
Requesting a proposal does not enroll or commit you. Route placement is secured only after enrollment is completed.
