Custom is a season-long agreement. You choose the specific services on your agreement, and we perform each of them whenever weather and property conditions warrant it. Seasonal coverage. No activation calls — you never call us before a storm.

Custom runs for the full winter season, just like Complete. The difference is which surfaces and services you choose to include.
Choose your surfaces
Driveway, walkways, steps, mailbox, de-icing — you pick what is on your agreement. Plowing and shoveling follow your contract and our storm protocol; pre-treatment and post-storm ice treatment happen only when conditions reasonably warrant them.

Once enrolled, your property remains under our care for the entire winter. Selected services are performed when conditions call for them — not necessarily during every visit. You never call to activate service or confirm you are on the route.
You pay for the winter you actually get.
A quiet stretch costs less. A busy stretch costs more. Approved services that are actually completed accumulate on your account and are invoiced after each completed service visit, so your cost follows the weather instead of a flat commitment.
How the billing works
You are billed for the approved services actually completed, invoiced after each completed service visit, for the services completed under your approved agreement, using the payment method securely saved in your Client Hub..
Residential Snow Plowing is the foundation of Custom, and you can add individual services on top of it. Most 1–5″ storms take one visit; longer or faster-accumulating storms may need more, and completed approved services appear on the next invoice. Some weeks include several events, some include none.
Proposals, invoices and payments are handled in your secure Client Hub.

Select the surfaces and services you want on your agreement. Your written scope lists exactly what is included. Selected services are performed when conditions call for them—not necessarily during every visit.

Custom is still seasonal contracted care, never on-demand. Selected services are performed when conditions warrant them under your season-long agreement, and you are billed for the approved services actually completed, invoiced after each completed service visit. Services not listed on your agreement are not performed.
