Complete is our highest level of winter coverage. Every service in your written scope is performed whenever weather and property conditions warrant it. You enroll once and your property stays under our care for the season. No activation calls. No per-visit billing.
Our full standard winter program
Complete covers all contracted services reasonably needed under our standard storm procedures: plowing, walkway shoveling, ice management, liquid brine, mailbox clearing and snow markers. It is comprehensive for your contracted areas, not unlimited on-demand service.
Under our care all winter
Once enrolled, your property remains under our care for the entire winter. We monitor conditions and perform each service included in your agreement whenever weather and property conditions warrant it. Selected services are performed when conditions call for them — not necessarily during every visit; salt, liquid pretreatment or post-treatment is used when our experienced team determines conditions warrant it. There is no on-call service and no activation call.
One flat rate
A fixed seasonal price divided into 10 equal biweekly installments from November through March. Heavy winter or light winter, the rate is the same.

How the billing works
Your seasonal amount is set before winter using your property, the services you choose, and local snowfall history.
That amount is divided into 10 equal installments, billed every two weeks from November through March. Complete is fixed seasonal pricing, not per-visit billing.
No winter is predictable. Your payment is. Proposals, invoices and payments are reviewed and approved online in your secure Client Hub.
