Complete Coverage or Custom Coverage
Complete Coverage
Set it and forget it.
One seasonal agreement covering our full standard winter program for your contracted areas — monitored all winter and performed whenever conditions warrant it.
Best if
- Our full standard winter program included
- One fixed seasonal rate
- Nothing to decide storm by storm
Custom Coverage
Build the service you need.
A season-long agreement with the service combination you choose. Plowing and shoveling follow your contract and our storm protocol; pre-treatment and post-storm ice treatment are performed only when conditions warrant them.
Best if
- Only the services you choose
- Seasonal coverage. No activation calls.
- Billed for the approved services completed, invoiced after each completed service visit
Priority Access
An optional premium scheduling upgrade on either coverage plan.
For homes that need the work finished by a set hour. We agree on a completion deadline for your contracted, storm-appropriate services for that stage of the storm, and build the route around it. It is an upgrade you add to Complete Coverage or Custom Coverage, never a plan on its own, and it is approved and priced individually based on the property, the agreed completion deadline, route impact and available capacity.
- You need the property finished by a set hour
- Contracted, storm-appropriate services completed by the agreed completion deadline
- Requires route-capacity approval, and is quoted separately
One agreement. Two ways to manage winter.
Every 603 Snow & Ice customer signs a seasonal winter service agreement.
Once your agreement becomes active, you become part of our winter operations for the entire season.
There is no need to call before each storm or request routine service.
We monitor conditions and perform each service included in your agreement whenever weather and property conditions warrant it. You never need to call to activate service, confirm you are on the route, or request routine treatment.
Selected services are performed when conditions call for them — not necessarily during every visit. For example, salt, liquid pretreatment, or post-treatment included in your coverage is used when our experienced team determines conditions warrant it.
The only decision is how much winter coverage you'd like included.
Coverage alone does not guarantee a time.
Crews work in route order once the snow stops. Weather and routing make an exact arrival or completion time impossible to promise, so we don't promise one. The Priority Access upgrade is the only way we agree your property will be finished by a specific time. That commitment covers the contracted, storm-appropriate services for that stage of the storm, and it requires route-capacity approval before we can confirm it.
Once enrolled, your property remains under our care for the entire winter. There is no on-call service, and no call is needed to activate it.
